摘　　要：核心素养教育在高中物理课堂教学中得以践行,习题课教学是必要一环.以案例为引就如何合理利用伪良构问题进行阐述,打破题海,为优化习题课教学设计提供了一种策略.The education of core accomplishment has been implemented in high school physics classroom teaching,and exercise teaching is a necessary part.This paper provides certain strategies for optimizing the teaching design of exercise classes by using pseudo-well-structured problems reasonably with a typical case on how to break through the sea of exercises.
