职业教育数字教学资源建设的现实困境与解决路径

摘　　要：加强职业教育数字教学资源建设和应用有利于提高职业教育人才培养质量,提升全民数字素养和技能。当前职业教育数字教学资源建设存在资源内容质量不高、教师数字素养不高、资源推广难度较大、相关部门缺乏协调、资源建设效果评价不当等问题。可通过完善数字资源内容开发流程、提升建设人员素质、加大数字资源推广力度、构建数字资源共建机制和评价机制等措施,切实提高职业教育数字教学资源建设水平。Strengthening the construction and application of digital teaching resources in vocational education is conducive to improving the quality of vocational education talent cultivation and enhancing the digital literacy and skills of the whole nation.The current construction of digital teaching resources in vocational education faces problems such as low quality of resource content,insufficient digital literacy of professional teachers,difficulty in resource promotion,lack of coordination among relevant departments,and improper evaluation of resource construction effectiveness.To this end,it is necessary to improve the process of developing digital resource content,enhance the quality of construction personnel,increase the promotion of digital resource,build a digital resource co-construction mechanism and evaluation mechanism,in order to effectively improve the level of digital teaching resources in vocational education.
