摘 要:在国家实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,针对目前金融学课程教学过程中存在的问题,从协同育人视角揭示学科竞赛与实践育人的关系及相互促进作用,提出课程学科竞赛教学体系构建思路、实施方案以及建议举措。通过以学科竞赛为载体搭建应用型人才培养平台,使学科竞赛与教育教学相融合,产生以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促改的效果,让学生将所学的知识融会贯通,助推学生在实践中成长、成才,成为创新、复合、高素质应用型人才。In the context of the country's implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, inview of the problems existing in the current teaching process of the Finance course, from the perspectiveof collaborative education, this article reveals the relationship and mutual promotion between academiccompetition and practical education, and proposes ideas, implementation plans, and suggestions forconstructing a teaching system for the academic competition in the course. Through the academiccompetition as the carrier to build an application-oriented talent training platform, the academiccompetition can integrate with education and teaching, resulting in a synergistic effect wherecompetition drives learning, teaching, and improvement. This allows students to integrate theirknowledge, helps students grow and become talented in practice, and then to become innovative,compound, and high-quality applied talents.
