摘 要:目的:探索苏格拉底式教学法在重症医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院重症医学科参加国家住院医师规范化培训的学员,根据随机化方法分为实验组和对照组,分别采用苏格拉底式教学模式和传统教学模式。比较两组基础知识和病例分析能力的考试成绩,并通过问卷调查两组学员的教学满意度。结果:实验组学员的基础知识得分和病例分析能力得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.001);实验组学员对学习兴趣、临床知识整合能力、批判性思维能力、团结协作能力的评价都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏格拉底式教学法可有效提升重症医学住院医师规范化培训的教学效果和教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of Socratic teaching method in the standardized training of critical care medicine residents.Methods:The trainees who participated in the National Residency Standardized Training in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were recruited and randomly allocated into an experimental group and a control group,with the Socratic teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode implemented respectively.The test scores of basic knowledge and case analysis ability were compared between the two groups,and questionnaires were administered to the trainees to measure their satisfaction with the teaching.Results:The scores of basic knowledge and case analysis ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).Trainees in the experimental group had better ratings of interest in learning,ability to integrate clinical knowledge,ability to think critically,and ability to work together than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Socratic teaching method can effectively improve teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction in standardized training of critical care medicine residents.
