摘 要:文章从政策背景与发展历程、实践与评估、未来的社会影响与挑战三个维度入手,对英国手语课程引入GCSE这一教育政策进行系统梳理,在此基础上,对我国融合教育背景下普通学校顺利开设手语课程提出三点建议:第一,手语课程目标应与基础教育阶段人才培养目标相结合,助力学生德智体美劳全面发展;第二,手语课程内容应注重横向协作与纵向进阶,积极开发手语校本课程;第三,手语课程评估应以非考试评估为主,重视评估内容和评估主体的多元性。最终构建包含课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程资源、课程评估、课程愿景等在内的中国融合教育手语课程模式。On December 21,2023,the UK government decided to incorporate British Sign Language(BSL)courses into the General Certificate of Secondary Education(GCSE)examination system,with an anticipated formal implementation by 2025.This study systematically reviews the educational policy of integrating BSL courses into GCSE from three perspectives:policy context and historical development,practical implementation and assessment,and potential social impacts and challenges.Based on this analysis,the study offers three recommendations for the successful introduction of sign language courses in ordinary schools within the framework of inclusive education in China:firstly,the objectives of sign language courses should be aligned with the comprehensive development goals of talent cultivation during the basic education phase,facilitating the all-around development of students in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education;secondly,the content of sign language courses should emphasize both horizontal collaboration and vertical progression,actively developing school-specific sign language curricula;thirdly,the assessment of sign language courses should primarily focus on non-exam-based methods,valuing the diversity of assessment content and subjects.In conclusion,a comprehensive model for sign language curriculum in Chinese inclusive education is proposed,encompassing curriculum objectives,content,implementation,resources,assessment,and vision.
