摘  要:聚焦新工科背景下全日制工程硕士课程结构体系改革,阐述新工科对全日制工程硕士培养的新要求,包括应具备的素质与能力以及对课程结构体系的影响。分析全日制工程硕士课程结构体系的现状及存在的主要问题。提出课程结构体系改革的策略,涵盖优化课程设置、更新课程内容、加强实践教学、创新教学方法与评价方式和支持学生个性化发展等方面。最后阐述改革的实施路径,从学校、学院与学科、教师及学生四个层面进行统筹规划、具体落实、能力提升和积极参与反馈,以培养出具有创新精神和实践能力、适应未来工程领域发展的高素质人才。This paper focuses on the reform of the curriculum structure system for full-time engineering master's degree programs under the background of new engineering disciplines,and expounds the new requirements of new engineering disciplines for the cultivation of full-time engineering master's degree students,including the qualities and abilities they should possess and their impact on the curriculum structure system.This paper analyzes the current situation of the curriculum structure system for full-time engineering master's degree programs and main problems.The paper proposes strategies for the reform of the curriculum structure system,covering optimizing curriculum setting,updating curriculum content,strengthening practical teaching,innovating teaching methods and evaluation methods,and supporting students'personalized development.Finally,the study expounds the implementation path of the reform,which includes overall planning,specific implementation,ability improvement,and active participation in feedback from four levels,schools,colleges and disciplines,teachers,and students,in order to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,who can adapt to the development of future engineering fields.
