摘  要:立足义务教育新课标,采用文献梳理、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对开平市初中体育教师在“学、练、赛、评”一体化教学模式下的教学能力进行研究。研究发现,教师普遍存在专业知识和技能储备不足、课堂教学实施能力弱、课堂评价标准模糊及科研能力欠缺等问题。提出提升路径:加强教学设计能力、实施职后继续教育、注重教学实践与研讨、创建科研平台和环境。研究旨在为提升初中体育教师教学能力提供策略,促进体育教学质量提升,推动学生全面发展。Based on the new curriculum standard for compulsory education,this article probed into the teaching ability of middle school PE teachers in Kaiping City under the integrated teaching mode of"learning,practice,competition,and evaluation"with methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics.The research found that teachers generally have problems such as insufficient professional knowledge and skills reserves,weak classroom teaching implementation,vague classroom evaluation standards,and lack of teaching and research abilities.To address these problems,this article proposes improvement paths:strengthening teachers’teaching design capabilities,implementing continuing education after employment,emphasizing teaching practice and research,and creating research platforms and environments.The research aims to provide strategies for improving the teaching ability of middle school Physical Education teachers,promoting physical education teaching quality as well as the comprehensive development of students.
