摘 要:探讨多元化教学法在颌面外科学教学中的应用价值、设计原则和实践策略。研究结果表明,多元化教学法能有效提升学生的知识理解深度、技能熟练度和综合素养,通过分析颌面外科学教学现状,发现学生对新型教学方法的接受度较高,但教师在教学过程中存在一些问题。基于此,研究提出多元化教学法在颌面外科学教学中的具体设计和实践策略,包括教学目标设计、教学内容整合和教学方法选择与组合等。为保障多元化教学法的有效实施,研究还提出构建教学评估体系、创设教学资源更新机制、强化教师培训和专业发展支撑体系以及完善学生反馈机制等保障措施,为颌面外科学教学改革提供有益的参考,有助于提升教学质量和培养具备综合能力的医药人才。This paper discusses the application value,design principle and practice strategy of the diversified teaching method in maxillofacial surgery teaching.The research results show that the diversified teaching method can effectively improve the depth of knowledge understanding,skill proficiency and comprehensive quality of students.Through the analysis of the teaching current situation of maxillofacial surgery,it is found that students have a high acceptance of the new teaching methods,but there are some problems in the teaching process.Based on this,the specific design and practice strategy of diversified teaching methods in maxillofacial surgery teaching are proposed,including the design of teaching objectives,the integration of teaching content and the selection and combination of teaching methods.In order to ensure the effective implementation of diversified teaching methods,the research also put forward the construction of teaching evaluation system,the creation of teaching resource update mechanism,the strengthening of teacher training and professional development support system,and the improvement of student feedback mechanism.It provides a useful reference for the teaching reform of maxillofacial surgery,and helps to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate medical talents with comprehensive ability.
