智能视域下以职业行动能力为导向的高职教育研究与思考

摘　　要：面对智能技术应用对专业交叉复合和能力高度融合人才培养提出的新要求,高职院校作为高素质技术技能人才培养的主体,针对在人才培养过程中存在缺乏以“学生为主”育人理念、学生能力培养不聚焦等问题,提出以职业行动能力为导向,树立正确育人理念、构建产教融合培养模式、改变以知识传授为目的教学方式,提出以过程为基础评价方式等措施,提升高职毕业生应对智能技术应用能力新要求。Facing the new requirements of the application of intelligent technology on the training of cross-disciplinary talents and highly integrated ability,higher vocational colleges are the main body of the training of high-quality technical talents,in view of the problems in the process of talent training,such as the lack of“student-oriented”education philosophy and the lack of focusing on the cultivation of students’ability,this paper puts forward the guidance of professional action ability,it is necessary to set up the correct idea of educating people,to construct the mode of production-teaching integration,to change the teaching method aiming at imparting knowledge,and to establish the process-based evaluation method,improve the ability of higher vocational graduates to meet the new requirements of the application of intelligent technology.
