基于虚拟现实技术的3D可视化教学在神经外科临床护理实习中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨基于虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术的3D可视化教学在神经外科临床护理实习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年5月在嘉兴大学(时为嘉兴学院)附属医院神经外科实习的本校2017级和2018级四年制护理学专业60名学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组30名学生。试验组学生采用基于VR技术的3D可视化教学进行临床护理实习教学,对照组学生采用传统的基于二维影像图片或解剖图谱进行临床护理实习教学。实习教学结束后,比较两组学生的出科理论知识考核成绩、护理技能考核成绩和对教学满意度的评价结果。结果试验组学生出科理论知识考核成绩[(79.07±9.86)分]、护理技能考核成绩[(86.13±5.84)分]均高于对照组学生[(71.63±9.32)分,(80.67±4.92)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组学生教学满意度评价总分[(19.60±2.28)分]高于对照组学生[(15.97±2.75)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于VR技术的3D可视化教学可以提高护理学专业学生的神经外科临床护理综合能力和教学满意度,具有较好的临床护理教学应用前景。Objective To explore the application effect of 3D visualization teaching based on virtual reality technology in the clinical nursing practice in neurosurgery.Methods There were 60 four-year nursing students of grade 2017 and 2018 who participated in internship in Neurosurgery Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University enrolled in the study from June 2020 to May 2022.These nursing interns were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30,adopted 3D visualization teaching mode based on virtual reality technology)and the control group(n=30,adopted traditional clinical teaching mode based on 2D image).After-department theoretical examination,nursing skill examination and self-evaluation of teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of after-department theoretical examination(79.07±9.86),nursing skill examination(86.13±5.84)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(71.63±9.32,80.67±4.92)(all P<0.05).The final scores of self-evaluation of teaching satisfaction(19.60±2.28)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(15.97±2.75)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of 3D visualization teaching based on virtual reality technology in the clinical nursing practice of neurosurgery can effectively improve the nursing interns'comprehensive ability and self-evaluation of teaching satisfaction,has a good application prospect in clinical nursing teaching.
