摘 要:随着中国制造业的快速发展和转型升级,对高素质技术技能型人才的需求日益迫切。高职院校作为培养技术技能型人才的“摇篮”,教学模式的改革与创新显得尤为重要。在“岗课赛证”融通背景下,探讨高职机电类专业课程教学模式的创新路径,提出了以岗位需求为出发点,以课程教学为核心,以技能竞赛为驱动,以职业证书为标准,贯穿理论教学、实训实操和教学评价3个阶段的“三元四融”教学模式,并在实际教学中逐步实践。With the rapid development and transformation of China’s manufacturing industry,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is becoming increasingly urgent.As a“cradle”for cultivating technical and skilled talents,the reform and innovation of teaching modes in vocational colleges are particularly important.This article explores the innovative path of teaching mode for vocational mechanical and electrical majors in the context of the integration of“job-courses-competitions-certificates”.It proposes a“three-element and four-integration”teaching mode that takes job requirements as the starting point,course teaching as the core,skill competitions as the driving force,and vocational certificates as the standard,and runs through the three stages of theoretical teaching,practical training,and teaching evaluation,which is gradually being practiced in actual teaching.
