摘 要:教师是立教之本、兴教之源,强国必先强教,强教必先强师。教师作为教育实践的主体和教育发展的第一资源,其职业精神和素质提升直接关系教育高质量发展。教育家精神,作为一种高尚的价值追求,完善了教师的精神谱系,丰富了教师精神的时代内涵,是教育事业发展的内在动力,对教师的职后教育具有重要的指导意义。本文旨在理解教育家精神的发展逻辑、时代内涵的基础上,探讨将教育家精神融入教师职后教育的实践路径,以促进教师专业成长和教育质量的提升。Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of its development.To build a strong country,we must first strengthen education,and to strengthen education,we must first strengthen teachers.As the main body of educational practice and the primary resource for the development of education,teachers'professional spirit and quality improvement are directly related to the high-quality development of education.The spirit of educators,as a noble pursuit of values,continues the spiritual lineage of teachers,enriches the contemporary connotation of teacher spirit,and is the internal driving force for the development of education.It has important guiding significance for teachers'post-service education.This paper aims to explore the practical path of integrating the spirit of educators into post-service education for teachers,based on understanding the development logic and contemporary connotation of the spirit of educators,in order to promote teachers'professional growth and improve the quality of education.
