大思政格局下高校图书馆赋能校园文化建设研究——以山东理工大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]高校图书馆是知识的宝库,更是校园文化建设的载体,在校园文化建设和传承中扮演着重要角色。探讨大思政格局下高校图书馆如何发挥自身作用,赋能校园文化建设,促进高校校园文化繁荣发展。[方法/过程]采用文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法,提出基于“显性”和“隐性”服务要素的大思政格局下高校图书馆赋能校园文化建设框架,并以山东理工大学图书馆为例,从推动校园文化硬件建设、进行校园文化活动系统设计、参与校园文化协同育人制度建设、加强地域优秀传统文化数字化建设等4个方面,对图书馆赋能校园文化建设实践进行深入剖析,总结高校图书馆赋能校园文化建设的主要经验做法。[结果/结论]高校图书馆赋能校园文化建设是实现图书馆核心价值的重要途径。图书馆应与学校发展战略同频共振,在大思政格局下,坚持“显性”和“隐性”服务要素相统一,丰富校园的物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化。[Purpose/Significance]University library is a treasure trove of knowledge,and also a carrier of campus culture construction,playing an important role in the construction and inheritance of campus culture.The article aims to explore the roles of university libraries in campus culture construction and promotion in the general ideological and political education.[Method/Process]Using literature research and case study analysis,this paper proposed a framework for university libraries to empower campus culture construction in the general ideological and political education based on“explicit”and“implicit”service elements.Taking Shandong University of Technology Library as an example,it conducted in-depth analyses on the practice of library-enabled campus culture construction in four aspects:promoting the construction of campus culture hardware,systematic design of campus culture activities,participating in the construction of campus culture collaborative educating system,and strengthening the digital construction of regional excellent traditional culture.It summarized the main experiences and practices of university libraries in empowering campus culture construction.[Result/Conclusion]Empowering campus culture construction through university libraries is an important way to realize the core value of libraries.Libraries should resonate with the development strategy of the university,adhere to the unity of“explicit”and“implicit”service elements in the general ideological and political education to enrich the material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture of the campus.
