摘 要:美国联邦政府有见于教育在国家经济和社会发展的强大作用,不断介入教育事务,扩大教育权力。而为了促进教育高质量发展,提高学生学业成就,提升教育改革成效,联邦政府通过组建教育部、教育科学研究所等政府部门和教育研究机构,介入教育研究,成为教育知识的立法者、资助者、管理者、生产者和消费者。联邦政府倡导满足教育改革需要的政策研究,提倡和追求科学的教育研究,这转变和重塑了美国教育知识的生产,教育学术界转向与教育政策和立法有关的主题研究,广泛采用并创新科学和循证的研究方法,致力于研究学习和学校改进成效。In recognition of the powerful role of education in the country's economic and social development,the U.S.federal government has continuously intervened in educational affairs and expanded educational power.In order to promote high-quality development of education,improve students'academic achievements,and enhance the effectiveness of education reform,the federal government has intervened in education research by establishing government departments and education research institutions such as the Department of Education and the Institute of Education Sciences,becoming the legislator,funder,manager,producer,and consumer of educational knowledge.The federal government advocates policy research that meets the needs of education reform,and advocates and pursues scientific and evidence-based research,which has transformed and reshaped the production of educational knowledge in the United States.The education academic community has turned to thematic research related to education policy and legislation,widely adopted and innovated scientific and evidence-based research methods,and is committed to students learning and school improvement effectiveness.
