摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记关于高校思政课建设发表了一系列重要论述,体现了新时代党中央对高校思政课建设的高度重视,为新时代高校思政课建设提供了根本遵循。这些重要论述的出场逻辑包括:对当今世界发展格局的准确把握,对中国共产党探索思政课建设历史经验的传承赓续,对马克思主义教育思想的继承发展,对中华优秀传统文化的传承发展。核心要义包括:坚持党对思政课建设的全面领导,坚持社会主义办学方向,落实立德树人根本任务,坚持守正创新推动思政课建设内涵式发展。实践要旨包括:坚持思政课建设与党的创新理论武装同步推进,以新时代伟大成就丰富思政课教学内容,以“大思政课”拓展“三全育人”新格局,推进大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设,坚持多措并举提升高校思政引领力。新时代新征程,要着力推动高校思政课建设内涵式发展,不断提高思政课的针对性、吸引力和实效性,培养更多担当民族复兴重任的时代新人。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has had a series of important discourses on the construction of ideological and political courses in universities.These discourses reflect the high priority the Party Central Committee places on the construction of ideological and political courses in universities and provide fundamental guidance for advancing such efforts in the new era.The emergence logic of these discourses includes:an accurate grasp of the evolving global landscape,the inheritance and continuation of the historical experience of the CPC in exploring the construction of ideological and political courses,the inheritance and development of Marxist educational principles,and the preservation and advancement of fine traditional Chinese culture.The essence encompasses:upholding the Party’s comprehensive leadership over the construction of ideological and political courses,maintaining the socialist orientation in education,fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,and promoting the connotative development of ideological and political courses through integrity and innovation.Practical tenets involve:synchronizing the development of ideological and political courses with the dissemination of the Party’s innovative theories,enriching teaching content with the great achievements of the new era,expanding the“three-wide education”pattern through the“grand ideological and political courses”initiative,advancing the integrated development of the construction of ideological and political courses across primary,secondary,and tertiary education,and enhancing the ideological influence of universities through multifaceted measures.In the new era and on the new journey,efforts must focus on deepening the connotative development of ideological and political courses,continuously improving their relevance,appeal,and effectiveness,and cultivating a new generation of the times to shoulder the mission of national rejuvenation.
