摘 要:立足新发展阶段,为实现医学职业院校的内涵式高质量发展,其首要任务是强化师资队伍建设,而青年“双师型”教师的培养是当前职业院校内涵建设的核心任务。“四纵五横”培养体系是以“青蓝工程”为载体,借助学校的岗前培训、师德师风培训等各种培训,教师提升工程及临床实践等方式,依靠校、系、教研室、“青蓝工程”带教老师的合力,通过系统的教育培训来提高青年“双师型”教师的职业素养、教研能力、科研创新能力、学生管理水平、临床技能水平,帮助青年“双师型”教师队伍发展为一支综合素质过硬的队伍。On the foundation of new developing stage,to achieve the connotative high-quality development of medical vocational colleges,its primary task is to strengthen the construction of the teaching team,and the cultivation of young“double-qualified”teachers are the core task of the connotative construction of the current vocational colleges.The“four vertical and five horizontal”training system regards“Qinglan Project”as the carrier,with the help of various training opportunities such as the school’s pre-job training,teachers’morality and teacher style training,the school talent engineering and clinical substituting position and so on,relying on the joint forces of the school,the department,the teaching and research department,and the leading teachers concerning“Qinglan Project”,through systematic education and training,the authors will improve the professional quality,teaching and research ability,scientific research and innovation ability,student management level and clinical skill level of young“double-qualified”teachers,and help the team of young“double-qualified”teachers develop into a team with excellent comprehensive quality.
