摘 要:高等教育在教育强国建设中发挥着龙头作用,探究高等教育强国建设的实践路径对于推进高等教育的高质量内涵式发展具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。基于此,文章首先深入分析了高等教育与政治发展、经济发展、文化发展之间的关系,以此为理论依据建构了中国话语体系的高等教育强国指数,并结合200多个国家和地区的客观数据,对比分析了我国在高等教育强国建设进程中的优势和劣势。之后,文章提出了我国高等教育强国建设的实践路径,包括发挥政府引领作用,突出教育的政治属性、人民属性、战略属性;加大经费投入,推动教育、科技、人才三位一体协同发展;以高质量发展为导向,打造良性多元高等教育生态体系。文章通过研究,旨在为我国建设高等教育强国提供实操建议和政策参考。Higher education plays a leading role in the construction of education power,and exploring the practical path of building higher education power has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the high-quality and connotative development of higher education.Based on this,the paper firstly analyzed the relationship between higher education and political development,economic development and cultural development,and constructed a higher education power index of Chinese discourse system on the basis of this theory.Moreover,combined with objective data from more than 200 countries and regions,this paper made a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages in the process of building a higher education power in China.After that,the practical paths for the Chinese higher education power were proposed in the aspects of giving full play to the leading role of the government,highlighting the political,people-oriented,and strategic attributes of education;increasing funding investment and promoting the coordinated development of the trinity of education,technology,and talent;and creating a benign and diverse higher education ecosystem guided by high-quality development.Through the research,this paper was aimed at providing practical suggestions and policy references for Chinese construction of higher education power.
