基于ACO-SOM算法的凿岩台车孔序规划研究

摘  要:针对凿岩台车在多样且复杂的作业环境中进行钻臂孔序规划时难以达到全局最优的问题,提出一种ACO-SOM算法。该算法将改进的蚁群算法(Ant Colony Optimization,ACO)与自组织神经网络(Self-organizing Map,SOM)相结合,旨在实现高效的孔序规划。将蚁群算法中的状态转移概率方法引入到传统的SOM网络中,进而优化权值更新策略。这种方法不仅确保了孔序规划任务的顺利完成,而且使得规划结果在局部和全局范围内均趋近于最优解。分别对3个钻臂工作面内的凿岩孔进行孔序规划仿真试验,与传统SOM网络相比,ACO-SOM算法在路径长度上取得了显著的优化效果,分别缩短了2.26%、1.90%和3.88%;解决了传统SOM网络在规划过程中路径转折点过多的问题,进一步提升了规划结果的实用性和可靠性。An ACO-SOM algorithm was proposed to solve the problem that it was difficult to achieve the global optimum in the hole sequence planning of the drilling arm of the rock drilling rig in a variety and complex working environment. The algorithm combined the improved ant colony optimization(Ant Colony Optimization,ACO) with the self-organizing map(Self-organizing Map, SOM) to achieve efficient hole sequence planning.The method of state transition probability in ACO was introduced into the traditional SOM network to optimize the weight update strategy, which not only ensured the successful completion of the hole sequence planning,but also made the planning results approaching the optimal solution in both local and global ranges. Then, the hole sequence planning simulation test was carried out on the drilling holes in the three drilling arm working faces. Compared with the traditional SOM network, the ACO-SOM algorithm achieved significant optimization results in the path length, which were shortened by 2.26%, 1.90% and 3.88% respectively. It solved the problem that the traditional SOM network had too many turning points in the planning process, and further improved the practicability and reliability of the planning results.
