摘 要:“一带一路”倡议提出十年来,中非职业教育合作政策导向清晰,合作内容不断拓展深入,“产教融合”模式突出,影响力不断提升。从百年未有之大变局以及中非发展的现实看,中非职业教育合作面临着一些新的问题与机遇。为更好地落实《中非人才培养合作计划》、对接非盟《2063年议程:第二个十年实施计划(2024—2033年)》,中非职业教育合作需要在合作机制创新、合作质量提升和能力建设强化等方面优化路径,以有效应对发展需求,助力“中非命运共同体”构建。In the ten years since the proposal of the“Belt and Road”initiative,China-Africa's TVET cooperation has presented various features,including transparent policy,expanded and deepened contents,the combination of“industrial and educational cooperation”,as well as the constantly increased influences.From the great changes unseen in a century and the reality of China-Africa development,China-Africa's TVET cooperation faces new opportunities and challenges.In order to effectively promote the implementation of the Plan for China-Africa Cooperation on Talent Development and Agenda 2063:Second Ten-Year Implementation Plan(2024-2033),The planning for paths-optimization should be conducted during China-Africa cooperation,in terms of the innovation of cooperation mechanisms,improvement of cooperation quality,and strengthening of capacity building,etc.,so as to effectively respond to development needs and facilitate the building of a“China-Africa community with a shared future”.
