摘  要:在西汉晚期儒家学说神秘化背景下,扬雄以弘扬先秦儒学理性精神为己任,在“尚智”精神的主导下,全面探讨了礼乐制度的政治教化功能与建构理想政治的积极意义;以“修性”为中心,以“全德”为目标,论述了礼乐制度通过“正其视听言行”从而导人之“善”的教化特征。扬雄的礼乐美学以儒家传统的“文质”论为枢纽,延伸到对文艺问题的美学思考,其辞赋论呈现出平衡文艺的审美功能与政治教化作用之矛盾的美学取向。In the context of the mystification of Confucianism in the late Western Han dynasty,Yang Xiong took it as his responsibility to promote the rationality of pre-Qin Confucianism.In the spirit of honoring wisdom,he comprehensively explored the governance and education function of the rites-music system and the positive significance of constructing an ideal governance system.With the cultivation of one's inherent nature as the center and the perfection of virtue as the goal,he discussed how to educate people through rites and music so that they would be inclined toward the good by aligning their seeing,hearing,speech,and behaviors with what was proper.Yang Xiong's rites-music aesthetics,expanded from the traditional Confucian doctrine of ornamenting one's basic substance to the aesthetic thinking of literary and artistic issues.His idea of poetry and rhymed prose shows an aesthetic orientation that balances the aesthetic function of literature and art with its role in governance and cultivation.
