摘 要:教育部举办的全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛,以其导向教学标准与教学能力培养、不唯分数的多维度评价、引领教学质量提升以及赛教融合促进教学革新等功能效应得到了学界的普遍认同。然而,教学能力比赛的价值发挥还不够充分,还存在促进教师群体专业发展机制有待优化、助推教师教学能力提升路径尚待拓宽、助力高水平教学团队建设模式亟待创新以及辐射职业教育吸引力效应功能仍需加强等问题。鉴于此,提出优化教学能力比赛功能的路径:建立比赛与日常教学和基层教研的互动机制;完善行动导向的教学标准,健全教学能力比赛方案;建立比赛结果与教学质量之间的解释模型;建立教学能力比赛的过程性监控机制。The national vocational college skills competitions's teaching ability competition,organized by the Ministry of Education,has gained widespread academic recognition for its functional effects,including guiding teaching standards and the cultivation of teaching abilities,adopting a multi-dimensional evaluation system that is not solely based on scores,leading to improvements in teaching quality,and promoting teaching innovation through the integration of competition and education.However,the full potential of teaching ability competition has not been fully realized.There are also issues such as the need to optimize the mechanism for promoting the professional development of the teacher community,broaden the pathways for enhancing teachers'instructional capabilities,innovate models for building high-level teaching teams,and strengthen the function of enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education.In light of this,the following paths are proposed to optimize the functions of the teaching ability competition:establishing an interactive mechanism between the contest and daily teaching and grassroots teaching research;improving action-oriented teaching standards and refining the teaching skills competition program;developing an interpretive model linking contest results to teaching quality;and establishing a process monitoring mechanism for the teaching ability competition.
