摘  要:基于高脂饮食探究不同膳食油脂对小鼠附睾脂肪沉积的影响。60只C57BL/6J小鼠被随机分为4组,分别饲喂基础饲料和脂肪供能为45%的猪油、菜籽油和橄榄油所制成的饲料,16周后取附睾脂肪称重,进行HE染色,并检测其代谢相关基因mRNA的表达。结果表明:在高脂饮食条件下,猪油组小鼠附睾脂肪率和脂肪细胞横截面积极显著高于菜籽油和橄榄油组(P<0.01)。猪油组小鼠附睾脂肪组织的PparγmRNA表达量极显著高于菜籽油和橄榄油组(P<0.01)。橄榄油组小鼠附睾脂肪组织的Magl mRNA表达量极显著高于菜籽油和猪油组(P<0.01)。综上所述,摄入不同的高脂膳食油脂均会导致机体附睾脂肪的沉积,其中猪油饮食最为严重,而橄榄油饮食可提高甘油三酯分解的限速酶表达,减少脂肪沉积。The effects of different dietary oils on epididymal fat deposition in mice based on high-fat diet was explored.Sixty C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into four groups and fed with basic feed and feed made from lard,rapeseed oil,and olive oil with a fat supply of 45%.After 16 weeks,epididymal fat was weighed,stained with HE,and the expression of metabolic related genes mRNA was detected.The results showed that under high-fat diet conditions,the epididymal fat percentage and adipocyte crosssectional area of mice in the lard group were significantly higher than those in the rapeseed oil and olive oil groups(P<0.01).The expression level of PparγmRNA in the epididymal adipose tissue of mice in the lard group was significantly higher than that in the rapeseed oil and olive oil groups(P<0.01).The expression level of Magl mRNA in the epididymal adipose tissue of mice in the olive oil group was significantly higher than that in the rapeseed oil and lard groups(P<0.01).In summary,consuming different high-fat dietary oils could lead to the deposition of epididymal fat in the body,with lard diet being the most severe,while olive oil diet could increase the expression of rate limiting enzymes for triglyceride breakdown and reduce fat deposition.
