摘 要:“专创融合”是高职院校提升人才培养质量的重要举措。通过国家、教育及学生三个层面阐述高职院校“专创融合”的价值意蕴,剖析高职院校“专创融合”在教育理念、课程体系、师资队伍和实训平台等方面的现实困境。以高职院校水利工程专业为例,立足自身专业特色,从科学定位人才培养目标、适度重构专创融合课程体系、合理组建创新型双师队伍、优化完善实践平台等方面,构建高职院校“专创融合”改革的实施路径,为创新型技术技能人才培养的建设提供思路。“Specialty-innovation-entrepreneurship integration”is an important element to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.By expounding the value implication of“specialty-innovation-entrepreneurship integration”in higher vocational colleges from three levels:state,education and students,this paper analyzes the realistic predicament of this integration in higher vocational colleges in the aspects of educational concept,curriculum system,teaching staff and practical training platform.Taking the hydraulic engineering major in higher vocational colleges as an example,relying on its own professional characteristics,the implementation path of the educational reform of“specialty-innovation-entrepreneurship”in higher vocational education is opened from the aspects of scientifically positioning the goal of talent cultivation,reconstructing the curriculum system,building up the teaching staff,and perfecting the training platform,etc.,which provides a train of thought for the construction of innovative technical talents training.
