论高职新生入学教育的三个“结合”  

On the Three“Combinations”of Entrance Education for Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘  要:推动高职新生入学教育走深走实,需要加强三个方面的“结合”。第一,目标方面,弃旧与图新结合:针对高职新生的自卑、迷茫和陋习,启发其在扎实的行动当中建立信心,明确方向,克服陋习,成长为自立、自强、自尊、自信的高素质劳动者。第二,内容方面,学业与就业结合:引导新生改变旧观念,将培养学习能力、养成学习习惯、成为合格乃至优秀的职场人作为在校学习期间最重要的奋斗目标。第三,途径方面,校内与校外结合:将学校教育与行、企业一线紧密联系,凸显职业院校人才培养的鲜明特点,切实提升入学教育实效。To promote the deepening and effective implementation of entrance education for freshmen in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the following three combinations.Firstly,in terms of aims,the combination of encouraging freshmen to abandon the old past and striving for the new future is needed:in response to the inferiority,confusion and bad habits of freshmen,inspiring them to build confidence,clarifying direction,overcoming bad habits,and growing into high-quality workers with self-reliance,self-improvement,self-esteem and self-confidence.Secondly,in terms of contents,the combination of education and employment is needed:guiding them to change old concepts,and making it clear to them that the most important goal during their study at school is to cultivate learning ability,develop learning habits,and become qualified and even excellent professionals.Thirdly,in terms of approach,the combination of on-campus and off-campus is needed:closely linking school education with the frontline of industry and enterprises to highlight the characteristics of talent training in vocational colleges and truly improve the effectiveness of entrance education.
