摘  要:数字化时代背景下,以OBE教学理念为指导,通过对主流招聘网站数据的调研,并结合专家意见,明确了学生最终学习成果是目标岗位胜任力要求,反向设计教学过程。经过对酒店各运营管理岗位通用胜任力和专业胜任力要素的深入调查和评估,构建了酒店管理专业胜任力模型。通过对毕业生和地方应用型本科国家级一流酒店管理专业进行调研,结合酒店管理专业胜任力模型,确定了人才培养目标,并构建了四位一体的课程体系和综合评价体系,旨在全面提升学生的专业知识、实践能力和综合素养,增强其就业竞争力。Under the background of the digital era,guided by the OBE teaching concept,through the investigation of the data of mainstream recruitment websites and combined with expert opinions,it is clear that the final learning outcome of students is the competency requirement of the target position,and the teaching process is reverse-designed.Through the thorough investigation and evaluation of the general competency and professional competency elements of each operation management post,the professional competency model of hotel management is constructed.Through the investigation of graduates and local application-oriented undergraduate students majoring in national first-class hotel management,combined with the hotel management professional competency model,the talent training objectives are determined,and a four-in-one curriculum system and comprehensive evaluation system are constructed,aiming to comprehensively improve students’professional knowledge,practical ability and comprehensive quality,and enhance their employment competitiveness.
