摘　　要：国家及行业协会鼓励企业通过科技创新,从传统酿造向数智化酿造转型升级。本文概述了西凤酒在酿造数智化实践方面的成果,肯定了数智化在企业发展中所起到的作用。同时,对西凤酒数智化的未来进行了思考,为企业今后的发展提供了方向。National and industry associations encourage enterprises to transform and upgrade from traditional brewing to digital intelligence brewing through technological innovation.This article summarizes the achievements of Xifeng Jiu in the practice of digital intelligence in brewing,and affirms the role of digital intelligence in the development of enterprises.At the same time,the future of digital intelligence of Xifeng Jiu has been considered,providing direction for the future development of the enterprise.
