摘  要:试卷既是检测教学效果的测量工具,也是评估学生核心素养发展水平的重要手段。2024年天津市初中学业水平考试(道德与法治)试卷坚持立德树人基本要求,带有鲜明的时代特征和地方特色。试卷全面考查学生分析问题、解决问题能力和素养发展水平,具有以评促教、以评促学、以评育人的导向作用。教师应将新时代育人目标与学科特点有机融合,锚定铸魂育人方向,推进核心素养落地,引导学生践行社会主义核心价值观,助力学生优化思维、开阔视野、涵养品格,强化课程育人功能和积极导向作用。Test questions are not only a tool to measure the teaching effect,but also an important means to evaluate the development level of students'core literacy.2024 Tianjin Junior High School Academic Proficiency Examination(Morality and the Rule of Law)test paper adheres to the basic requirements of moral education,with distinct characteristics of The Times and local characteristics.The overall examination paper presents a new trend of stability,the test paper difficulty is moderate,flexible,and open,comprehensively examines the ability of analyzing and solving problems of students and literacy development level,with the guiding role of promoting teaching,promoting learning by evaluation and educating people by evaluation.Teachers should organically integrate the educational goals of the new era with the characteristics of the discipline,anchor the Direction of Cultivating People with Morality and Spirit,and promote the Implementation of Core Literacy.All the students are guided to practice the core values,to help optimize their thinking,to broaden their horizons,to cultivate their characters,and to strengthen the educational function and positive guiding role of the curriculum.
