案例建设赋能专业学位高质量发展研究——基于地方财经类院校的视角

摘　　要：专业学位研究生的教学改革是我国研究生教育改革的关键点。专业学位研究生教育改革离不开案例建设,对于地方性财经类院校而言,国家层面的政策支持和企业层面的积极响应已然为其扫清了案例建设过程中的障碍。沿着知识获取-知识转化-知识迁移的知识线,探究了“案例建设”在其中发挥的作用,并且阐述了“案例建设”作为高校与企业间的桥梁,在助力产教科教融合发展中起到的作用,并最终构建出案例建设赋能财经类专业学位高质量发展的模式。与此同时,列举了部分高校在案例建设方面的先进做法,对于国内其他高校在案例建设方面具有一定的启示作用。Case development plays an indispensable role in advancing professional degree education.For local finance and economics institutions,national-level policy support and positive engagement from enterprises have removed barriers to case development.This study explores the role of case development along the knowledge continuum-knowledge acquisition,transformation,and transmission,and highlights its function as a bridge between academia and industry,fostering the integration of industry,education,and research.A model is proposed to illustrate how case development empowers the high-quality development of professional degrees in finance and economics.Additionally,the advanced practices of certain universities in case development are presented,offering valuable insights for other institutions in China.
