省属公费师范生“乡村教育概论”课程创建的实践研究

摘　　要：在国家政策的号召下,公费师范生群体入驻乡村开展教育教学已成为乡村教师队伍改革的大趋势,通过对乡村教师需求、公费师范生制度和公费师范生培养现状的调研与分析,发现公费师范生群体中均存在乡村教育认知、乡村教育能力和乡村教育情怀缺失的现象。基于此,开发了“乡村教育概论”课程与对应教材,采用实践反思循序改进的行动研究路线设计探索性准实验并在青岛大学实施与改进。课程实践效果表明,“乡村教育概论”课程对不同受众群体的教育意义具有显著差异,并且“乡村教育概论”课程对公费师范生在职业认同、乡土文化认同以及违约意愿均有积极影响,有利于实现公费师范生在乡村教育中下得去、留得住、教得好的未来图景。This study identifies gaps in rural education awareness,teaching capabilities,and emotional engagement among students.To address these issues,a team of experts at Qingdao University developed the course"Introduction to Rural Education"and corresponding teaching materials.Using an action research approach,exploratory quasi-experiments were designed and implemented at Qingdao University.The textbook content and evaluation methods were further refined based on teaching outcomes.The findings reveal that the"Introduction to Rural Education"course has varying educational significance for different audiences.It positively influences public-funded students′professional identity,local cultural awareness,and commitment to rural education,contributing to the goal of attracting,retaining,and nurturing qualified rural educators.
