摘　　要：临床实习是学生将基础知识同临床实践相结合的阶段,也是实现由医学生向医生身份转变的过渡阶段,具有承前启后的作用。泌尿外科是外科学的重要分支,在大多数教学医院都有独立的泌尿外科,泌尿外科具有诊治范围广、专业性强、微创技术应用广泛等特点。泌尿外科临床实习有其自身的特点,本文重点分析泌尿外科的学科特点,泌尿外科实习教学的现状以及为提高泌尿外科实习的教学效果,所采取的多种教学方法。在泌尿外科临床实习教学中,可依据不同医院自身教学条件,采用不同的教学方法,以提升泌尿外科临床实习教学效果。Clinical clerkship is a stage for students to combine basic knowledge with clinical practice.It is also a transitional stage for realizing the change of identity from medical students to doctors,which serves as a link between past and present.Urology is an important branch of surgery.Most of the teaching hospitals have independent urology departments,which are characterized by a wide range of diagnosis and treatment,strong specialization,and extensive application of minimally invasive technology.Urology clinical clerkship has its own characteristics.This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the discipline of urology,the current situation of urology clerkship teaching and a variety of teaching methods aiming at improving the teaching effect of urology clerkship.In clinical clerkship teaching in urology,different teaching methods can be used according to the teaching conditions of different hospitals to improve the teaching effect of clinical clerkship in urology.
