摘　　要：“中国之治”是中国共产党领导人民治理国家的中国治理体制和中国治理道路。中小学校党组织领导的校长负责制是党领导下新时代基础教育学校治理重大举措,是国家治理能力与治理体系现代化在基础教育领域的反映。中小学校党组织领导的校长负责制厚植于党领导基础教育学校治理工作的百年沃土,凸显了我国基础教育学校治理的人民底色,彰显了新时代基础教育学校办学的时代立场,为全球基础教育学校治理提供了“中国方案”。“The governance of China”is the governance system and path under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)governing the country with the people of China.The principal responsibility system under the leadership of the CPC organization in primary and secondary schools is a major measure of governing basic education schools in the new era under the Party’s leadership.It reflects the modernization of national governance capacity and system in the field of basic education.The principal responsibility system under the leadership of the CPC organization in primary and secondary schools is deeply rooted in the century-long fertile soil of the Party’s leadership in governing basic education schools,highlighting the people-centered background of basic education school governance in China,reflecting the era stance of new era basic education school governance,and providing the“China solution”for global basic education school governance.
