指向创新素养发展的数学学习任务:意义、特征和策略

摘　　要：在创新人才基础培养的理念下,需要从创新素养发展的角度改造和开发数学学习任务。指向创新素养发展的学习任务具备如下五大特征:趣味性与挑战性、开放性与生成性、自主性与个性化、过程性与实践性、协作性与互动性。指向创新素养发展的数学学习任务的设计策略包括:将创新素养的发展整合在单元教学中,利用创新者画像作为创新素养发展的支架,设计创意实践任务来促进创造性思维发展,鼓励创造性协作发展集体创造力,为学生的创造性活动提供评价和反馈等。Under the concept of basic cultivation of innovative talents,it is imperative to transform and develop learning tasks from the perspective of innovative literacy development.Learning tasks aiming at the development of innovative literacy possess the following five characteristics:interesting and challenging,open and generative,autonomous and personalized,procedural and practical,and collaborative and interactive.Designing strategies for mathematics learning tasks that foster innovative literacy include integrating the development of creative literacy in unit teaching,employing the self-portrait of the innovator as a framework for the development of innovative literacy,designing creative practical tasks to promote the development of creative thinking,encouraging creative collaboration to cultivate collective creativity,and providing assessment and feedback for students’creative activities.
