摘  要:目的评估两种不同配准方式辅助种植牙手术对种植体位置精确度的影响。方法选择单颗下后牙缺失的标准模型60例,根据配准方式的不同分为个性化3D打印配准组(实验组,30例)和通用U型管配准组(对照组,30例)。每组均使用种植机器人完成种植体植入,之后测量实际植入与术前设计的种植体颈部、根尖以及轴向角度偏移,并对两组数值进行统计分析。结果实验组种植体精度偏差为:颈部(0.224±0.039)mm、根尖(0.246±0.045)mm、轴向角度(0.309±0.057)°;对照组种植体精度偏差分别为:颈部(0.331±0.048)mm、根尖(0.362±0.069)mm、轴向角度(0.402±0.067)°;两组比较差异具有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论与通用U型管配准相比,在标准实验模型上使用3D打印的个性化配准定位板具有更优的种植体植入精度。Objective To evaluate the effect of two different registration methods on implant position accuracy.Methods A total of 60 cases with a single lower back tooth missing standard model were selected and divided into two groups:personalized 3D printing registration group(experimental group)and general U-tube registration group(control group)according to different registration methods.Implant robots were used in each group to complete implant implantation,and then the deviation of the implants in neck,root tip and axial angle between actually implanted position and designed one before surgery were measured,and the values of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the deviation of three-dimensional implant position was:neck(0.224±0.039)mm,root tip(0.246±0.045)mm and axial angle(0.309±0.057)°.In the control group,the accuracy deviations of the implants were(0.331±0.048)mm,(0.362±0.069)mm and(0.402±0.067)°respectively.The difference is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the general U-tube registration,the personalized registration plate using 3D printing has better implant implantation accuracy on the standard expetimental model.
