摘 要:植物甾烷醇是植物甾醇的全氢化形式,天然的植物甾烷醇在自然界中数量极少,商品化植物甾烷醇主要通过植物甾醇氢化获得。目前氢化工艺研究主要以氢化率为主,较少关注氢化时的副反应及产物。研究以植物甾醇为原料、Pd/C为催化剂,通过单因素试验和正交试验对植物甾醇氢化制备植物甾烷醇的工艺进行研究。结果表明:以异丙醇为溶剂,甾醇浓度10%(w/v),Pd/C催化剂用量0.6%,氢气压力4 MPa,温度95℃的条件下反应3 h,植物甾醇氢化率超过99%,植物甾烷醇转化率97.4%,而副产物生成率仅为0.9%。Phytostanols are a fully-saturated subgroup of phytosterols.Natural phytostanols are extremely rare in nature,and commercial phytostanols are mainly obtained through hydrogenation of phytosterols.At present,research mainly focuses on hydrogenation rate,with less attention paid to the side reactions and by-products during hydrogenation.In this paper,phytosterols as raw material and Pd/C as catalyst,the process of preparing phytosterols by hydrogenation of phytosterols was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:isopropanol as solvent and 10%(w/v)of phytosterols as the raw material,4 MPa hydrogen pressure,reacting at 95℃for 3 h.Under these conditions,The hydrogenation rate of phytosterols was more than 99%,the conversion rate of phytosterols was 97.4%,and the by-product formation rate was only 0.9%.
