摘 要:本文分析了养殖业面临的养殖业源性食品安全问题,明确了建立完善的食品追溯体系是保障养殖业源性食品安全的关键,其可以有效追踪食品的生产、加工和流通过程,提升监管透明度和效率。为此,建议相关部门建立追溯体系标准、推动信息技术的应用、强化对养殖户的培训等,全面提升食品安全管理水平,确保养殖业可持续发展。This paper analyzes the food safety problems faced by the aquaculture industry,and clarifies that the establishment of a sound food traceability system is the key to ensure the safety of the aquaculture industry,which can effectively track the production,processing and circulation of food,and improve the transparency and efficiency of supervision.To this end,it is recommended that relevant departments establish traceability system standards,promote the application of information technology,strengthen the training of farmers,etc.,comprehensively improve the level of food safety management,and ensure the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
