摘　　要：食品添加剂的规范应用对提升安全水平至关重要。本文系统梳理了食品添加剂应用过程中存在的主要问题,包括食品添加剂滥用、标识不规范、监管执法不力、检验检测能力不足以及科普教育宣传不到位等,并针对这些问题提出了针对性的对策建议,以期为促进食品添加剂的科学合理使用提供参考。The standardized application of food additives is crucial for improving safety levels.This article systematically summarizes the main problems in the application process of food additives,including the abuse of food additives,non-standard labeling,ineffective supervision and law enforcement,insufficient inspection and testing capabilities,and inadequate science education and publicity.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the scientific and rational use of food additives.
