摘  要:新烟碱类农药(Neonicotinoid Pesticides,NPs)是一类具有神经活性的杀虫剂,因其杀虫谱广、无交互抗性、药效高、内吸性好以及低残留等优点,已成为全球市场上使用最广泛的杀虫剂之一。新烟碱类杀虫剂对食品的影响常常被忽视,因此开发相关检测技术以及了解其残留状态十分必要。基于适配体的生物传感器技术中,检测项目往往局限于一种或一类农药,且在大批量进样时适应性差,难以实现精准定量。随着纳米技术的不断进步,特别是新型功能材料的广泛应用,对于拓宽农药传感器的适用性和检测范围具有至关重要的意义。本文对近年来食品中新烟碱类农药残留检测技术进行了归纳、总结和比较,旨在为食品中新烟碱类农药残留检测提供理论指导。Neonicotinoid Pesticides(NPs)are a class of neuroactive pesticides,which have become one of the most widely used pesticides in the global market due to their advantages such as wide insecticidal spectrum,no cross-resistance,high efficacy,good internal absorption and low residue.The effects of neonicotinoids on food are often overlooked,so it is necessary to develop relevant detection techniques and understand their residual status.In aptamer-based biosensor technologies,the detection items are often limited to one or one class of pesticides,and the adaptability is poor in large quantities of samples,making it difficult to achieve accurate quantification.With the continuous progress of nanotechnology,especially the wide application of new functional materials,it is of vital significance to broaden the applicability and detection range of pesticide sensors.In this paper,the detection techniques of neonicotinoid pesticide residues in food in recent years were summarized,summarized and compared,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the detection of neonicotinoid pesticide residues in food.
