摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展和产业结构的转型升级,新质生产力对人才提出了更高的要求。职业院校作为培养技术技能人才的重要基地,其育人模式也需与时俱进。在校企协同育人的过程中,职业院校与企业共同发挥作用,旨在培养具备创新精神、实践能力和适应能力的高素质技术技能人才。With the rapid development of social economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the new quality productivity puts forward higher requirements for talents.As an important base for cultivating technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges and universities need to keep pace with the times in their parenting mode.In the process of school-enterprise cooperative education,vocational colleges and enterprises play a joint role,aiming to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with innovative spirit,practical ability and adaptability.
