摘　　要：教育家精神是在传承和发扬中华师道文化精华、继承和发展马克思主义教育思想的基础上形成的关于教师队伍建设的理论结晶。以教育家精神引领高校青年教师师德建设,对全面提高高校青年教师的思想政治素质、职业道德能力和教育教学水平、推动高等教育工作持续健康开展具有十分重要的意义。本文通过分析高校青年教师师德建设的现状和重点工作,旨在以教育家精神为引领探索具有坚定理想信念、高尚道德情操和卓越教育能力的高校青年教师建设路径。The spirit of educator is a theoretical crystallization of the construction of teachers on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the essence of Chinese teacher culture and inheriting and developing Marxist educational thought.Leading the construction of young teachers'ethics with the spirit of educators is of great significance to comprehensively improve the ideological and political quality,professional moral ability and teaching level of young teachers in colleges and universities,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher education.By analyzing the current situation and key work of the construction of young teachers'ethics in colleges and universities,this paper aims to explore the path of the construction of young teachers in colleges and universities with firm ideals,noble moral sentiments and excellent educational ability,guided by the spirit of educators.
