摘  要:针对水工钢筋混凝土结构学课程知识点多、学科内容复杂、讲授方式单一、学生理解难度大等问题,文章围绕本科院校水利类专业特点和新工科背景下的人才培养需求,提出基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式教学模式,以新疆农业大学农业水利工程专业学生培养为例,对该模式进行了为期3年的教学实践探索。结果表明,该模式下,学生的知识掌握水平和实际解决问题的能力均有效提升,学习积极性和主动性大幅增加,符合新工科背景下本科院校工科类人才培养与教学改革需求,可为同类高校课程改革和教学创新提供参考。Addressing the issues of the course of hydraulic reinforced concrete structure,such as numerous knowledge points,complex subject content,monotonous teaching methods,and significant difficulty in student comprehension,this paper proposes a blended teaching model based on OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)philosophy,tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate water-related majors and the needs of talent cultivation under the New Engineering paradigm.Taking the agricultural water conservancy engineering students at Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,this model was explored through a three-year teaching practice.The results show that under this model,students'knowledge mastery level and practical problem-solving ability have been effectively improved,while their enthusiasm and initiative for learning have greatly increased.This model meets the demands of talent cultivation and teaching reform for engineering majors at undergraduate institutions under the New Engineering paradigm,and could provide a reference for curriculum reform and teaching innovation in similar universities.
