摘　　要：数字化教学已成为高等教育改革的重要方向。工程项目管理课程作为工科专业的核心课程,对数字化教学模式提出更高的要求。本研究基于在线教学平台、虚拟仿真技术和数据分析工具,构建了一套完整的工程项目管理课程数字化教学体系,经过教学实践验证,该教学模式显著提升了教学效果,增强了学生的项目管理实践能力,促进了教学资源的高效利用。研究成果对推进工程教育数字化转型具有重要参考价值。Digital teaching has become the important direction of higher education reform,project management courses as the core of engineering courses,put forward higher requirements for digital teaching mode,based on the online teaching platform,virtual simulation technology and data analysis tools,build a complete set of engineering project management course digital teaching system,through the teaching practice of the teaching mode significantly improved the teaching effect,enhance the students'project management practice ability,promote the efficient use of teaching resources,research results to promote engineering education digital transformation has important reference value.
