产教融合视域下高职院校教师实践能力提升对策

摘  要:当前,高职院校未能充分挖掘校企合作在提升教师实践能力方面的潜力,且合作形式较为单一,无法为教师提供丰富多样且深入的实践机会。因此,文章旨在探究产教融合视域下提升高职院校教师实践能力的对策。通过分析产教融合的内涵与教师实践能力现状,阐述了当前存在的问题,并针对性地提出了完善政策激励、深化校企合作、优化培训体系等策略,旨在为高职院校提升教师实践能力提供理论参考与实践指导,进而推动高职教育产教融合的深入发展,提高人才培养质量。Currently,vocational colleges have not fully tapped into the potential of school enterprise cooperation in enhancing teachers'practical abilities,and the forms of cooperation are relatively single,which cannot provide teachers with rich,diverse,and in-depth practical opportunities.Therefore,the article aims to explore strategies for enhancing the practical abilities of vocational college teachers from the perspective of industry education integration.By analyzing the connotation of the integration of industry and education and the current situation of teachers'practical abilities,this paper elaborates on the existing problems and proposes targeted strategies such as improving policy incentives,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and optimizing training systems.The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for vocational colleges to enhance teachers'practical abilities,promote the in-depth development of the integration of industry and education in vocational education,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
