摘 要:文章通过系统分析职业岗位数学能力要求,诊断当前课程体系存在的问题,提出基于职业标准的课程目标重构、工作过程导向的教学内容设计、职业情境下的教学资源开发和动态更新的课程体系建设等优化思路。在此基础上,通过推进模块化课程改革、实施项目导向教学、深化校企协同育人机制、完善职业能力考核体系等措施,有效提升数学课程对职业能力培养的支撑度,提高人才培养质量。The article systematically analyzes the mathematical ability requirements for vocational positions,diagnoses the problems existing in the current curriculum system,and proposes optimization ideas such as curriculum goal reconstruction based on vocational standards,teaching content design guided by work processes,development of teaching resources in vocational contexts,and dynamic updating of curriculum system construction.On this basis,measures such as promoting modular curriculum reform,implementing project-based teaching,deepening the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism,and improving the vocational ability assessment system can effectively enhance the support of mathematics courses for vocational ability cultivation and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
