基于创新创业背景的高职院校学生就业实践

摘　　要：创新创业已成为经济社会发展的趋势。指出了创新创业对学生就业的积极影响,分析了高职院校创新创业教育的现状,揭示了高职学生创新创业存在的问题,如资金短缺、实践经验不足等。提出优化资金获取渠道、增强实践经验、优化教育方式等解决路径。Entrepreneurship and innovation has become the trend of economic and social development.The positive impacts of entrepreneurship and innovation on student employment and the current status of entrepreneurship and innovation in higher vocational colleges are discussed,existing problems are analyzed such as shortage of fund,lack of practical experience,etc.Solutions are proposed such as optimizing the channel of funding,enhancing practical experience and optimizing the education methods.
