摘 要:目的:明确微课—案例教学法—问题导学法多元化教学模式在临床药理学教学中提升教学效果的作用。方法:选择2018级临床医学专业60名本科生为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组30名。实验组实行多元化教学模式,对照组则实行传统课堂教学模式。通过理论考试测评两种教学模式的教学效果,通过问卷调查学生满意度。结果:实验组理论考试成绩为(80.30±6.73)分,高于对照组的(72.90±8.17)分,实验组在记忆性试题、理解性试题、分析性试题上得分均高于对照组。问卷调查结果显示,实验组对知识点理解掌握程度、提升自主学习能力程度、激发学习兴趣程度及解决实际问题能力评分均高于对照组。结论:微课—案例教学法—问题导学法多元教学模式能够提升临床药理学教学效果,学生对该模式满意度较高。Objective:To clarify role of the mixed teaching mode of “micro-class—case teaching—problem based learning” in the improvement of teaching effect of clinical pharmacology.Methods:Sixty undergraduates of clinical medicine of grade 2018 were selected as study subjects,and all students were randomly divided into experimental and control group,with 30 students in each group.Students in experimental group received the mixed teaching mode,while those in control group received traditional classroom teaching.The teaching effect of two methods was evaluated based on theoretical examination and satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The test score of the experimental group was 80.30±6.73,and was higher than that of control group 72.90±8.17.The scores of memorization,comprehension and analysis in experimental group were all higher than those in the control group.Moreover,the results of questionnaire showed that experimental group presented higher scores than control group in the aspects of understanding knowledge points,improvement of self-learning ability,stimulating learning interest and solving practical problems.Conclusion:The mixed teaching model of micro-class—case teaching—problem-based learning could improve the teaching effect of clinical pharmacology,and students are satisfied with the model.
