摘  要:教育家精神具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特征,为建设新时代高职院校“双师型”教师队伍提供精神引领。当前,我国高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设面临诸多现实困境,具体表现为“双师型”教师队伍的师德师风有待加强、专业核心能力不足与社会服务意识欠缺等。基于教育家精神的理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心与弘道追求,优化高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设路径,有助于增强“双师型”教师的精神信念,引领高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设高质量发展。The educator spirit has distinct Chinese characteristics and characteristics of the times,which provide spiritual guidance for the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.At present,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in China is facing many practical difficulties,which are manifested in the fact that the teachers’morality and style of“double-qualified”teachers need to be strengthened,the lack of professional core competence,and the lack of social service awareness.Based on the ideal and belief,moral sentiment,educational wisdom,cultivation attitude,benevolence,and pursuit of the spirit of educators,optimizing the construction path of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges is helpful to enhance the spiritual belief of“double-qualified”teachers and lead the high-quality development of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges.
