摘 要:在职业教育领域,数字职业、数字技能、数字化工作方式正在成为培养数字人才的新标准、新内容、新要求,加快提升教师的数字素养和技能成为当务之急。2022年教育部发布的《教师数字素养》教育行业标准用于职业教育领域在一定程度上存在着针对性不强的问题,需要加以充实完善。“职业教育教师数智素养指标体系”在《教师数字素养》基础上突出了职业教育特色、融入了人工智能素养要求,形成了由认知、责任、技能、应用、职业性5个一级维度以及13个二级维度、33个三级维度的职业教育教师数智素养框架,为有关部门、学校制订相应标准奠定了基础,为职业教育数智化转型提供了支撑。In the field of vocational education,digital professions,digital skills,and digital work methods are becoming new standards,new content,and new requirements for cultivating digital talents.Accelerating the improvement of teachers'digital literacy and skills has become an urgent task.The"Digital literacy of teachers"education industry standard released by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 2022 has a certain degree of lack of specificity in the field of vocational education and needs to be enriched and improved.The"Index System for Digital Intelligence Literacy of Vocational Education Teachers"highlights the characteristics of vocational education and integrates artificial intelligence literacy requirements based on the"Digital literacy of teachers".It has formed a digital intelligence literacy framework for vocational education teachers,consisting of five primary dimensions of cognition,responsibility,skills,application,and professionalism,as well as 13 secondary dimensions and 33 tertiary dimensions.This has laid the foundation for relevant departments and schools to formulate corresponding standards and provided support for the digital transformation of vocational education.
