摘 要:高职院校“下沉到县”作为区域中高职一体化人才培养的重要实践形式,是响应国家职业教育改革、满足县域发展和人才需求的关键举措。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面探讨高职院校“下沉到县”的生成场景,资源整合、组织协同和目标导向是其基本特征。采用个案考察的研究方法,以J院校为实证考察对象,基于场域、资源和知识的三维架构深入探究高职院校“下沉到县”的建构逻辑,并从构建多元主体协同合作的协调机制、优质教育教学资源的共享机制以及满足实际发展需求的保障机制系统阐释其运行机制,以期推动县域职业教育高质量发展。As an important practical form of regional integration of secondary and higher vocational education,the higher vocational colleges"going down to the county level"initiative is a key measure in response to national vocational education reform and in meeting the developmental and talent needs of counties.This paper explores the generative scenarios of this initiative from macro,meso,and micro levels,identifying resource integration,organizational coordination,and goal orientation as their fundamental characteristics.Using a case study approach,the research focuses on Institution J as the empirical subject,delving into the construction logic of higher vocational colleges"going down to the county level"based on a three-dimensional framework of field,resources,and knowledge.Furthermore,it systematically explains the operational mechanisms by establishing a coordination mechanism for multi-agent collaboration,a sharing mechanism for high-quality educational resources,and a guarantee mechanism to meet actual developmental needs,aiming to promote the high-quality development of vocational education at the county level.
