摘　　要：随着新时代信息的快速涌现和技术更新,高校人才培养正面临着新形势和新任务。随着各级政府和高校的持续投入建设,省域范围内的高校教师队伍得到了加强,但是站在全球知识大爆炸的时代,原来的高校交流机制已经不足以适应时代需求,而是需要推进以“共建共享”为主旋律的教学共同体建设,探索区域内同一学科教师之间的深度融合,实现优质资源共享,带动省域高校整体教学水平提升,实现高校教学由“大”向“强”的转变。With the rapid emergence of information and technology update in the new era,the talent training in universities is facing a new situation and tasks.With continuous investment at all levels of government and universities,university teachers were strengthened within the scope of province.Standing in the era of global knowledge explosion,the original university communication mechanism is not enough to adapt to the needs of The Times,which needs to take“sharing”as the theme of the teaching community construction,explore the depth of the same subject between teachers,realize high quality resources sharing,drive the overall teaching level in universities,and transform college teaching from“big”to“strong”.
