摘　　要：医学翻译教师对医学翻译教学的实施及教学效果具有至关重要的作用。通过历时个案研究方法,考查教学反思对医学翻译教学信念和教学实践的影响,探讨医学翻译教师的发展问题。研究表明,结合自身所处的教学环境进行教学反思,有助于医学翻译教学信念的建立和转变,使医学翻译教学实践更加多样化,对医学翻译教师发展有着积极作用。此外,同行评价、观摩教学、参加学术培训等有助于提升医学翻译教师的反思能力。Medical translation teachers play an important role in conducting teaching practice and improving teaching effect.Taking a longitudinal case study approach,this paper investigates the impact of a medical translation teacher’s reflection as part of her professional development on her teaching beliefs and practices,and suggests that teacher reflection based on teaching contexts facilitates the establishment and the change of teaching beliefs and enriches methods of teaching practice,exerting a direct positive influence on medical translation teacher’s development.Peer assessment,teaching observation and research training are also conductive to promoting the reflection ability of medical translation teachers.
